Welcome to Magic Quill ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Magic Quill allows parents and guardians to create, illustrate, and narrate children's stories using AI. The App uses "Quills" as virtual currency for premium features.
2. User Accounts
An account is required for certain features.
3. AI-Generated Content
Stories, illustrations and audio are generated by Google Gemini and ElevenLabs. Parents must review all content.
4. Content Ownership
The child is the author. You grant Magic Quill a non-exclusive license for marketing.
5. Quill Economy
Quills have no real-world value. Unused Quills expire upon account deletion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
No unlawful use, harmful content, or reverse engineering.
7. Limitation
App provided "as is". No warranties.
8. Changes
Terms may be modified. Continued use = acceptance.
